Distribution – Indonesia.
Habitat and Ecology - Epiphyte in upper montane forest around Memberamo. Altitude 2500-3100 m. Flowering in October in the wild.
Notes - 1. Flowers white with an orange lip.
2. The epithets palustris and subintegra refer to the streambed forest habitat where the species can be found and the slightly entire lip of the flower (palustre means growing in wet areas and subintegra means slightly entire in Latin).
3. Specimen observed: Lam 1829.
4. Differs from the typical form in that the spur of the lip is more rounded and the clinandrium less deeply notched. (After Smith, 1929)
